I also understand that if it is found that I have deliberately made a false declaration on the form before or after my engagement by Agensi Pekerjaaan Prospect Consulting Malaysia Sdn Bhd and/or Prospect Outsourcing Sdn Bhd (“The Company”) to work for the Company or any one of its client, I may be dismissed from my employment with immediate effect without further compensation.
  2. I consent and authorised the Company to carry a reference check or reference checks on my background, my pass employment employer(s) and/or any of my referee(s) in relation to this application. I give expressed consent to the Company to forward my resume to any prospective Clients(s) without further reference to me.

 

ADMINISTRATIVE AND REPLACEMENT CHARGES FOR AGENSI PEKERJAAN PROSPECT CONSULTING SDN BHD

I agree not to seek or accept employment either directly or indirectly from any client (s) of Agensi Pekerjaan Prospect Consulting Malaysia Sdn Bhd with whom I have been sent for an interview, for at least three (3) months after the date of the interview. Should I accept permanent employment with any client of Agensi Pekerjaan Prospect Consulting Malaysia Sdn Bhd and leave within three (3) months of the date of selection, I agree to pay Agensi Pekerjaan Prospect Consulting Malaysia Sdn Bhd 50% of my confirmed monthly salary. Should I accept permanent employment with any client of Agensi Pekerjaan Prospect Consulting Malaysia Sdn Bhd by signing the letter of Appointment and failing to honour the employment contract, I agree to pay Agensi Pekerjaan Prospect Consulting Malaysia Sdn Bhd 50% of my confirm gross monthly salary.

ADMINISTRATIVE AND REPLACEMENT CHARGES FOR PROSPECT OUTSOURCING SDN BHD

Should I accept a contract employment with Prospect Outsourcing Sdn Bhd by signing the letter of Appointment and failing to honour the employment contract, I agree to pay Prospect Outsourcing Sdn Bhd an administrative fee equivalent to 50% as administrative and replacement charges. This administrative fee covers the loss incurred by Prospect Outsourcing Sdn Bhd as a result of your failure to start work after acceptance through Prospect Outsourcing. The process of your employment undertaken by Prospect Outsourcing Sdn Bhd requires considerable time relating to the consultant’s work in advertising, sourcing coordinating and negotiating with client couple with the detailed paperwork required to administrate the completion of your employment contract.
